I am a health & life coach, recipe developer, ex yoga teacher, and overall wellness wizard. Learning to eat the right foods for my body has changed my life, and I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve this change.
I can personally attest to the power of proper nutrition to heal after overcoming some health challenges of I own.
A little bit about me…I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 19, celiac disease at 23, and hashimotos at 25. Not to mention, I was addicted to Adderall for 13 years. I saw countless of doctors who insisted I go on a cocktail of meds including birth control and thyroid hormones, but I knew there had to be another way.
After attending NYU as an undergrad, I studied yoga at the Bikram Yoga College of India and received my teaching certification.
I then enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Upon graduation, I began working as a private health coach in New York City. To further my knowledge, I attended the Biomedex Institute where I was trained in live blood education, as well as studied the importance of whole food supplements and homeopathic medicine through Nutrition Response Testing at the Ulan School.
I have since reversed my hashimotos diagnoses, am thriving with PCOS without the help of medications, now consider myself a gluten free goddess and this is all due to the incredible healing power of food and exercise.
In March of 2018, I decided that it was time to finally come off Adderall and have successfully detoxed with yet again the help of organic whole foods and supplements. You can follow my journey through Instagram and my YouTube channel!
Having healed my own mind and body, I am passionate about helping you do the same! I specialize in PCOS, thyroid healing, gut health, delayed aging, weight loss, acne, medication detox and more. Traditional healing foods and paleo/keto meal planning are the foundation of my practice.
My practice is characterized by a focus on the individual; as I always say, “it’s not one-size-fits-all.” Through muscle testing I look for the underlying causes of symptoms, ultimately using whole food supplements to help the body heal. I work with each client to create a wellness plan designed to enhance every aspect of life. After all, my theory is that everything must be done with moderation—even including moderation itself.
