1 cup of riced cauliflower
1 cup of Bobs Red Mill Almond Flour
1 cup of Parmela Creamery nut cheese mozzarella style
1 tsp of psyllium husk
1 tsp of onion powder
1 egg
1 tsp pf EatSpice Pink Salt
Sugar-Free Ketchup2 cups of Organico Bello Tomato Basil Sauce no sugar added
2 tbsp of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 tsp of EatSpice Cinnamon
Pinch if EatSpice Cayenne
*add ¼ tsp of monkfruit for sweet ketchup*
Tater Tots
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix together all the ingredients for the Tater Tots until they are completely blended.
Next, form the mixture into small oval or rectangular tater tots and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush a generous amount of olive oil onto the Tater Tots.
Cook in oven for 20 min.
Sugar-Free Ketchup
While the Tater Tots are cooking make the Sugar-Free Ketchup.
Put all of the Sugar-Free Ketchup ingredients into a blender and blend!
Chill in the refrigerator while waiting for the tater tots.
