Beef Liver Meatballs are one of my favorite ways to meal prep! Through them on top of an arugula salad with olive oil and sea salt and your good to go! These will last in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Mix together all ingredients
Form into balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake at 375F for 15 min
Rotate the balls and bake for another 5 minutes
